Before I did the Iron Tribe Fitness Challenge in Jan/Feb of this year, I had this sneaky little fear. I was afraid I couldn’t work out everyday. I had all sorts of false beliefs that I would get injured or that my body couldn’t handle it. However, I thought of athletes who train for sports. They exercise a lot, right? So why couldn’t I?

Over the span of 40 days I continued to increase my workout frequency. And by the end of the challenge I had weeks were I exercised all week!

I want to help you break through that fear. The way we’ll do it is with this week’s #GiveitaWeek Challenge, #ExerciseontheDaily

Depending on your current fitness, you’ll choose activities each day that you can do. One that just about anyone can do is Bathroom Exercises! @BlueRoofPath M shared this with me years ago. Every time you go to the bathroom, you do a set of exercises.

This could be:

  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Standing Abs
  • Wall push-ups
  • Jumping Jacks

Get creative!

Other activities you may try daily: Walking/jogging, Yoga, Pilates, Swimming.

Have fun with this and challenge yourself. Your body might surprise you!
