My heart is in making yoga a foundational part of your life. To create body awareness, transform you both physically and emotionally, and to establish a home practice. I have personally and professionally used yoga in support of weight loss goals. It takes patience to lose weight. Your yoga mat is a perfect place to practice both patience and discipline.


I utilize props, meditation, pranayama (breath work) and more to offer a well rounded yoga practice with my students.

I work with private students and small groups (2-4 people).

Sessions are $60 by the hour or $90 for 1.5 hours

3 one hour sessions for $150

Small group rates are the same by the hour

I started yoga originally to create peace and calm in my life and to sleep better. Nearly 13 years later, its a daily habit.







My 200-hr training in Raja Yoga was under retired Iyengar yoga teacher Suzanne Newton, E-RYT 500-hr through Yoga Dharma Intensive Studies Program.

My primary focus is on teaching students foundational yoga, creating their home practice, supporting student’s emotional and physical health and their weight loss transformations through their relationship with yoga.
